Step back and breathe. Let the day open as it wants to. No run and do this. Jump up and do that. Then hurry to take care of … Just sit and let whatever wants to come up show itself. Then decide if it’s worth the effort. Life is a flow forever moving forward. Allow yourself to really see what it is for you. Wow! What a beautiful day it is.
