Today calls for endings and it requires that you get real with yourself. So how do you go about letting go. Putting it to bed. Kicking it to the curb and all those other interesting ways of ‘moving’ on. You start with you first. We assume what we need to end is other people’s stuff but it is how we hold on to experiences. So. Choose one that continues to trigger you. Thank it for the experience and what your learned. Than let it go. ^ Vickie Parker

Take off the blinders, sunglasses and step out of the ‘I’ve had enough’s and be totally open to experiences. Expand your vision so it takes in the smallest as well as the biggest happening going on around you. The smile on a child’s face. A dog trotting down the sidewalk. And. Wow! Whoo HOO!!! Be open to whatever lands on your doorstep today as there are messages coming that will change your life.
The energy of the day shows us that it is time to end, put to bed, kick to the curb, release the emotions and thoughts around the ‘old’ hurts and anger from our past. Get quiet. Put up a screen in your mind. Then. Allow yourself to let the ‘pictures’ associated with them parade single file in your mind’s eye. Yep! Done with the old hurts of this one. Wow! I was already actually done with that one and didn’t know it. Time to let go. Let it all go. ^ Vickie Parker

Your first wild dance steps with a red haired stranger. The teacher who introduced you to oil painting. And…… ^ Vickie Parker
Slow lands on you doorstep wagging a finger at you. Then it turns and knocks everything off your desk. The sticky notes that multiply while you sleep. The pens that seem to wander from one side of your desk to the other while you’re not looking. And then there’s the cell phone that hides right in front of your eyes. … Inhale deeply. Let go. ^ Vickie Parker
Today opens with a yo yo that takes you up and takes you down. Sometimes fast. Sometimes slow with a bounce at the bottom. Just be aware of every movement and interaction as you ride the day out. There are lessons to be learned about you. Once you get them hidden doors open to where you choose to be. ^ Vickie Parker
Today moves in like a storm. Laden in clouds and rain and snow and … It’s time for you to step out of the self- battering dialogue that you heap upon yourself day in and day out. The emotional up and down ride and the down and outs of conditioning. Steeped in old childhood hurts, not good enough and judgments. Step out of the beliefs that others heaped on you and walk the walk of freedom. One step at a time. ^ Vickie Parker
